Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Precision HR Proprietary Ltd, the official business partners of Coach Masters Academy. He is also the Director for Business Development for Coach Masters Academy in East Africa.

 

He is a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Talent Practitioner, a Certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner, a Chartered HR Business Partner, a Certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator and a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (F-AAPM).

 

He was an Equity and Merit Fellow at the University of Manchester and graduated with merit in the MSc. HR Management/Development programme. He also sits on the Board of Aredah Ventures, chairs the HR Committee of the Board of the Tumaini Foundation as well as chairing the Mentorship Committee of the University of Manchester Uganda Alumni Association.
