Governance Structure

CivFund is governed by an Executive Board with fiduciary powers over the fund. The Board comprises 7 members who meet on a quarterly basis. Collectively, the Board’s competences include knowledge in organizational development and governance, grassroots funding and grant making, knowledge in philanthropy and funding, financial literacy and risk management, and a commitment to the pursuit of social justice.
